Submission Guidelines:
- Must be 21yrs of age or older to enter
- Artists must be currently employed Budtenders at licensed dispensaries within California, Arizona, or Michigan.
- Dispensary must carry Jeeters - To enter, email your artwork submission to: jeeteruniversity@jeeter.com
- In the SUBJECT HEADING: State – Dispensary Name – Your NameExample: CA – Blazed Utopia – Erica Jean- The following information will be required for submission:
- Budtender Artist's legal first and last name
- Dispensary where they work: Name, Address, City, State, Zip- Name of their manager for verification purposes

Legal Consideration - By submitting an entry to the contest "By Budtenders For Budtenders By Jeeter U: Enter to WIN”, the participant hereby agrees to grant and assign, and does hereby grant and assign, to DreamFields Brands, Inc. (the “Company”) all right, title and ownership rights of any nature, and all goodwill arising from the use thereof, to the submitted artwork (the “Artwork Submission”). The grant and assignment of all rights, title, and ownership to the submitted artwork is irrevocable and includes all intellectual property rights of any nature, including rights to trademark, copyright, and moral rights.- The Company shall have the exclusive and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, display, and create derivative works of the Artwork Submission, in any form or medium, for all purposes including, without limitation, promotional and marketing related to the contest and the Company’s brands.- The participant acknowledges that the Company may use the artwork without any obligation to compensate or provide attribution to the participant.- As a condition to receiving any prize, each participant shall deliver to the Company an IRS (Internal Revenue Service) Form W-9 that will be used only for the purpose of reporting the participant’s winning prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service, if applicable.- By submitting an entry, the participant acknowledges that they have read, accept, and agree to be bound by these rules and conditions.- Tax liabilities are the responsibility of the winners Eligibility:-The contest is open to all employed Budtenders in California, Arizona, or Michigan who meet the age requirement of 21 years or older.- Employees of Jeeter, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Rights and Permissions:-Participants must ensure that their submitted artwork does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of third parties.-By submitting the Artwork Submission, participant represents and warrants to the Company that (i) the Artwork Submission does not infringe upon any intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark or moral rights, of any third parties, (ii) participant is the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title and interest to the Artwork Submission and has the exclusive right and power to assign and transfer all right, title and ownership rights to the Artwork Submission to the Company and (iii) participant has obtained all necessary permissions and releases for any recognizable individuals, copyrighted materials, or trademarks featured in the Artwork Submission. Ownership of Artwork:-The Company shall have all ownership rights to the Artwork Submission as mentioned in the Legal Considerations section. Notification and Claiming Prizes:-Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during submission.-In the event that a winner cannot be contacted within a specified period or fails to claim the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.- Possibility no winner will be chosen Disqualification:-The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the contest rules, engages in fraudulent activity, or submits inappropriate or offensive artwork. Contest Modifications and Termination:The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the contest at any time, including unforeseen circumstances, fraud, or technical issues. Privacy Notice/Clause:By entering the contest, you grant the Company permission to use your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy of the Company. By participating in this contest, participants hereby acknowledge that they have read and accepted the Company's privacy policy. Information collected from participants (such as name, postal address, and email address) will not be re-used, sold, or shared in any manner by the Company or any third parties unless participant has opted-in to receive additional information and marketing or promotional material from the Company or a third party. Conduct Clause: The Company reserves the right to disqualify any individual suspected of tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Company to be in violation of the official rules of this contest, to be acting in any manner deemed by the Company to constitute unsportsmanlike or disruptive behavior, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person Dispute Clause: Any disputes arising out of or related to the contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal actions, suits, or proceedings arising from or relating to the contest shall be brought solely in the courts in Riverside County, California. The parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the convenience or propriety of venue therein.
